At Pinnacle Taekwondo Academy, our mission is to empower individuals of all ages to achieve
excellence through the art of Taekwondo and promote physical health while strengthening the mind. Led by Chief Instructor Kenny Parker, 4th Degree
Black Belt, we are committed to fostering discipline, respect, confidence, and perseverance both
inside and outside the dojang. Through high-quality training, community support, and a positive
learning environment at the Craft Recreational Center in Greensboro, NC, we strive to develop
not only skilled martial artists, but also strong leaders and well-rounded individuals prepared for success in life.

We do not charge any initiation or registration fees. However, the ATA (American Taekwondo Association) has a one-time fee for the first testing to become a member of their organization. After the first test, you are only charged for the testing itself.
Do I need prior martial arts experience?
No previous experience is required. Our instructors will guide you through all the fundamentals and gradually introduce more advanced techniques as you progress.
What is the typical class size?
On average, our group classes range from 10 to 15 students. This ensures that each student receives individual attention while fostering a supportive community environment.
Is there a minimum age for enrollment?
Our children’s classes typically begin at age 4. We have separate programs tailored for different age groups and skill levels.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
Membership modifications are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please speak with us directly to discuss your options.
